Quantity Surveyor – Civil Infrastructure
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Must be registered with the SACQSP or be eligible for registration.
Must have 5–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering and/or building construction industry.
Must have experience on large-scale infrastructure or building projects with values exceeding R200 million.
Must have strong project experience in dam construction, water infrastructure, pipelines, bulk earthworks, reinforced concrete works, and building construction.
Must have experience working with the Department of Water and Sanitation or similar public sector clients.
Must have a strong working knowledge of GCC, FIDIC, and/or NEC contracts.
Must have proven experience in subcontractor management, procurement, and commercial administration.
Must have a sound understanding of construction contract law, claims management, and variation order administration.
Must have a valid South African driver's licence.
