Manage day-to-day commercial activities on live construction projects
Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost-to-complete reports
Measure works on site and prepare interim and final valuations
Prepare client payment applications and support invoicing processes
Procure subcontractors and materials in line with project requirements
Assess subcontractor applications, manage payments and agree final accounts
Administer construction contracts, including variations and change management
Monitor project costs, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiencies
Maintain accurate commercial records, documentation and correspondence
Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Managers to support programme and cost alignment
Assist in preparing commercial reports for senior management.
