Our client is Rustenburg is looking for Quantity Surveyor: Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical to join their team

- Bachelor’s Degree or Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Registration:
- Professional registration with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) is highly advantageous
Experience:
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying for 5 Years or more in an E&I Construction environment).
- In depth experience in tendering and estimating for medium to large E&I Projects
- Proven experience of Contract Law (NEC 3, FIDIC, GCC etc), contractual negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Proven experience and knowledge of project planning and schedules software (MS Projects and/or Primavera)
- Experience in site/construction and project management of E&I projects
- Idepth knowledge of E&I construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
- Experience in mining, processing plants, and infrastructure sectors
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments
