Quantity Surveyor
Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading Civils company that is looking for a Quantity Surveyor | Estimator to join their team in Pretoria!
Key responsibilities:
- Draft monthly payment certificates
- Provide information to site management for compilation of reports, certificates, records, additional work and variation claims
- Producing cost reports
- Ensuring that company procedures and systems are being adhered to
- Preparing tender documentation
- Estimates
- Measuring Quantities from plans to compile BOQs
- Contract Administration
- Project management
- Quality Assurance
Key requirements:
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in estimating (tenders)
- Experience in the road construction / civil engineering industry
- CCS experience
