Project Portfolio:
- Multi-million dollar residential developments

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost management across multiple prestigious projects
- Manage procurement logistics in challenging island locations
- Coordinate complex supply chains including shipping (a lot of shipping!)
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities
- Handle contract administration and variations
- Manage applications for payment and final accounts
- Weekly site visits to outer island projects
- Drive value engineering initiatives

- Split between Nassau base and remote locations
