Duties:
Tender for new projects
Manage the quantity surveying responsibilities for 5-6 projects
Interface with site foremen to assess site progress
Process project claims and certificates monthly
Handle sub-contractor claims and certificates monthly
Provide monthly project cost reports to management
Profile
Requirements:
Quantity Surveying degree
3-5 years’ experience in construction quantity surveying
Proficient in Candy (CCS) and BuildSmart
