Introduction

Our ideal candidate must be able to provide professional quantity surveying cost estimates, review cost estimates by professional consultant/s (oversight) for building projects, structures or facilities and to provide strategic direction in the process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform quantity surveying activities on buildings, structures or facilities
  • Manage project /programmes budget planning activities
  • Conduct Cost Research and development
  • Assist in Revenue Generation initiatives 
  • Ensure Human Capital Development

Desired Experience & Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying  

·       Professional Registration with SACQSP 

·       10 years Quantity Surveying experience preferably gained from Built Environment
