You will be involved in cost planning, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying
  • PrQS Registration (ESSENTIAL)
  • 4–5 years minimum experience (6–10 years advantageous)
  • Strong experience in:
  • Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Cost estimating
  • Contract administration
  • Proficiency in WinQS and Excel
  • Valid driver’s licence
