The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with a Diploma, B.Tech in Quantity Surveying or a B.Sc Quantity Surveying degree
- B.Sc Honours Quantity Surveying degree would be advantageous
- 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Must have experience in a construction site environment of commercial, residential and retail buildings
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
