: Seasoned Quantity Surveyor - Tender Department

D@S is seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with extensive expertise in tendering, particularly in government and private sector tenders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex tender submissions across multiple industries, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.

• Lead and manage tender submissions for government and private sector projects.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and industry standards.
• Provide strategic insights to optimize tender success rates.

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Professional registration with a recognized Quantity Surveying association (e.g., SACQSP, RICS, ASAQS, etc.).

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering.

Proven track record in government tender processes.

Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and cost estimation.

Proficiency in CCS Candy, MS Excel, and other relevant software.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
