• Prepare detailed project cost estimates and knowledge of budgets.
• Effectively manage and administer construction contracts including the preparation of the contractual correspondences.
• Apply value engineering principles to optimize costs.
• Implement strategies for cost control and monitor expenses.
• Identify and manage potential risks in construction projects.
• Utilize modern software for efficient cost estimation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide detailed reports.
• Implement quality assurance processes in quantity surveying.
• Conduct life cycle cost analyses.
• Review and finalize claims and variations.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering.
