Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Team

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Auckland.

Reporting directly to our Commercial Director, you’ll work closely with our wider team to win and deliver projects to the high standard we are known for.

You will play an important role in both pre-contract and post-contract, with responsibilities spanning the full project life cycle from tender through to final account including estimating, cost control, procurement, financial reporting and other commercial deliverables across multiple large scale commercial and civil projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant Senior Quantity Surveying experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Commercial Plumbing / Mechanical Sector
  • Ability to build essential stakeholder relationships with our key clients.
  • Experience preparing budgets, take-offs, claims, and contract reviews
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused attitude
