The company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to collaborate closely with a prominent client on critical Defence-related projects. This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to high-profile initiatives that support the nation’s security while advancing their career in a flourishing and respected consultancy.


The Role:

  • Preparing tender and contract documents.
  • Conducting detailed cost analysis.
  • Assisting in defining client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
  • Performing risk assessments, value management, and cost control.
  • Advising on procurement strategies tailored to project needs.
  • Analysing tender returns and providing detailed costings.
  • Advising clients on suitable contract forms.
  • Providing guidance on contractual claims.
  • Preparing detailed progress reports and analyses.
  • Valuing completed work and advising clients on payments.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Flexible and willing to travel as required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Working towards MRICS or membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Confident and client-facing professional with excellent communication skills.
  • NEC3/NEC4 contract experience essential.
