The Role:
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
- Conducting detailed cost analysis.
- Assisting in defining client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Performing risk assessments, value management, and cost control.
- Advising on procurement strategies tailored to project needs.
- Analysing tender returns and providing detailed costings.
- Advising clients on suitable contract forms.
- Providing guidance on contractual claims.
- Preparing detailed progress reports and analyses.
- Valuing completed work and advising clients on payments.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible and willing to travel as required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Working towards MRICS or membership of a relevant professional body.
- Confident and client-facing professional with excellent communication skills.
- NEC3/NEC4 contract experience essential.
