Job Intro

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Johannesburg, GP Gauteng

Main Objective To effectively manage all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of a construction project, ensuring cost control, value optimization, risk mitigation, and successful project delivery within approved budgets and timelines. To prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and verify site progress. Will work closely with procurement to source construction material and compare, verify and assess the viability of contractors, processes and material. Key duties include cost tracking, subcontractor procurement, and payment certifications and supports senior commercial staff by managing project costs, performing site measurements and ensuring contracts are administered accurately throughout the construction lifecycle while maintaining quality and compliance.
