Minimum Requirements
• BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 8–10 years proven experience in construction & engineering projects
• Strong background in Eskom / mining / industrial projects (highly advantageous)
• Expert in cost control, contract administration & project financial management
• Proficient in JBCC, NEC & FIDIC contracts
• Advanced skills in Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender adjudication & forecasting
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects under pressure
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fully proficient in MS Excel, CCS / Candy or similar QS software
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel to sites
