Key Performance Areas

• Ensure commercial profitability across projects through cost and revenue alignment

• Manage contract administration, risk mitigation, and claims

• Maintain accurate cost control, reporting, and cash flow forecasting

• Manage claims, final accounts, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors
