Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading company in the electrical industry.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and project valuations for electrical works.

• Manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims.

• Monitor project expenditures and produce financial reports for management.

• 8–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Background in electrical EPC/E-BoP projects
• Experience in cost control, reporting, and subcontractor management
• Strong understanding of Solar PV project scope and financial reporting
• Proficient in CCS Candy/BuildSmart, Excel, and cost forecasting
