- Provide pre-contract cost control and advice to Design Teams and Clients.
- Prepare pre-contract documentation.
- Manage all post-contract functions, including interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, and final account reconciliations on diverse projects.
- Oversee the training and development of assistant and junior Quantity Surveyors.
- Estimate and plan costs, reporting directly to Clients.
- Compile Bills of Quantities and Contract Documentation.
- Prepare Cost Reports and Monthly Valuations.
- Resolve contractual claims and attend meetings with Clients and Design Team Members.
