Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
• At least 10 years’ experience as well as estimating experience in mining and/or infrastructure projects
• Strong cost planning, measurement, contract management and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
• Proficient computer & software skills in Microsoft Office suite and Estimating Software (must have)
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organise, plan and strategise
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
• An ability to work well with others and build a positive and friendly working relationship across the team supporting colleagues as necessary
