If you’re a Quantity Surveyor who knows electrical construction from the ground up, this role gives you the platform to take ownership of complex commercial work while influencing real project outcomes. You’ll handle everything from tender take‑offs to monthly cost reports, ensuring that every material, labour component and variation is captured accurately and on time. Expect fast-moving projects, close collaboration with Project Managers, and full accountability for the financial health of your portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 3 - 8 years’ QS/Estimating experience specifically within electrical construction
  • Strength in reading drawings, compiling BOQs, pricing materials, and building full cost models
  • Proven track record managing claims, variations, and end‑to‑end cost controls
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Detail‑driven, organised, decisive, ablility to keep documentation immaculate
