Introduction

On behalf of an esteemed international client in the construction industry, we are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7-10 years of experience. This role involves leading cost management efforts for residential and mixed-use developments in Tivat, Montenegro. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement, contract administration, and client relations, ensuring project delivery from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-profile projects. 


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day cost management services, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

  • Lead pre-contract services from feasibility to procurement, including BOQ measurement, cost estimates, and contractual documentation.

  • Oversee post-contract services including interim valuations, change management, and extension of time claims.

  • Engage confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare and present procurement strategies, tender documents, and project reports


Desired Experience & Qualification


  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Chartered MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in cost management, with a proven track record in residential and mixed-use projects

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems like CostX, DimX, and BIM (preferred)

  • Familiarity with multiple package procurement and FIDIC contracting processes


Package & Remuneration

£4000-£5000 per month (depending on experience)
