Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Client: Leading Specialist Company
Essentials: Degree in Quantity Surveying, 8-10 years’ post-grad experience, high level of IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook; Microsoft Project / Primavera an advantage), Full Driver's License, Valid passport and willingness to travel to European project sites as required.
Location: Remote (Ireland or UK based) - travel to European sites required when necessary
Salary: €85,000 - €95,000

Our client, a leading specialist company in roofing, cladding, and façade contracting is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding Commercial team. They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, complex projects across various sectors including digital technology, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and residential. This remote-based role requires candidates to be resident in Ireland with occasional travel to project sites across Europe.
- Lead the commercial management of projects in line with company procedures and best practice.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reports.
- Oversee measurement of works and preparation of interim and final valuations.
- Prepare and review client applications and support the invoicing process.
- Manage procurement strategies for subcontractors and materials.
- Assess subcontractor applications, manage valuations, payments, and final accounts
