Job Description

You will be tasked with:

• Manage risk register to ensure the project is executed within the contract.
• Provide site team with understand of the make-up of resources/budgets of worksheets.
• Analysis of the major quantities and ensuring maintained production.
• Identify and ensuring the order book is constantly secured.
• Ensure tender Compliance.
• Risk analysis to ensure the project will be completed.
• Evaluation of cost of resources/budget to execute construction projects.
• Identify and quantify cost of resources utilization based on time production and other factors.
• Use and management of computer software, Candy (CCS) in the production of construction budgets.
• Evaluate product’s cost-effectiveness or profitability.
• Recommend ways to make product more cost effective or profitable.
• Work with sales/procurement teams to acquire quotes for the preparation of the budget cost.
• Effective management of team and implementation of systems.
