Sr. Quantity Surveyor - MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity surveying, contract administration, and commercial management of MEP works across large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for MEP works on high-rise building projects.

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender evaluations, and budget analysis.

- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents for quantity take-offs and cost control.

- Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and subcontractor payments.

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams on commercial matters.

- Prepare and review interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.

- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of project costs and commercial records.

- Identify commercial risks and support mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, and project requirements.

- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in contracting companies.

- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.

- Strong understanding of quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration for MEP works.

- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, project costing, and variation management.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and project deadlines effectively.
