Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

You will be reporting to the Commercial Director and your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible estimating packages
  • Effectively provide technology and operational support for the business
  • Buying
  • BEE
  • Programming
  • Cash Flow
  • Risk Analysis
  • Conditions of contract
  • Compliance with the Estimating Procedures

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering /Quantity Surveying

Skills

  • 8 - 10 years' experience on site
  • Experience Estimating on Civil, Building, Mechanical and Electrical projects
  • Sound knowledge of site environments and workflow requirements
  • Experience on tendering process
  • CCS/Candy experience
  • Good management experience
  • Relevant written and verbal contracts

 

Package & Remuneration

Salary / Package

R500k - R700k Cost to Company per annum
