A high-end turnkey interior fit-out company delivering premium residential and commercial projects are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor. Their work is detail-driven, design-focused, and executed to the highest standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Measurement and take-offs from architectural and design drawings
Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Cost estimation, budgeting, and cost planning
Supplier and subcontractor pricing, comparison, and adjudication
Procurement support and ongoing cost tracking
Variations management and cost reporting
Assisting with contract administration and financial controls
Coordination with project managers, designers, and suppliers
Desired Experience & Qualification
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
5+ years’ experience (preferably in interior fit-outs or construction)
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies
Proficiency in DimX (or similar measurement/take-off software)
Advanced Excel skills and general estimating software proficiency
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Experience in high-end residential, retail, or commercial fit-outs
