Our client is a global leader in program management, project management, cost management, and consulting and now they are looking for a driven, commercially astute, and technically strong Professional Project Lead Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on cutting-edge data centre projects especially across MEPF systems— some of the most complex and fast-paced developments in the built environment today.
Requirements:
- 8 – 10 years relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying
- Proven experience across building, infrastructure or civil projects
- Professional registration with SACQSP
- Exposure to data centres is advantageous
- Understanding of MEPF services is beneficial
- Proficient in Cost X, DimX, WinQS and advanced Excel
Responsibilities:
- Lead cost planning, estimation, and financial control across multiple projects
- Provide strategic commercial insight to optimise value and reduce risk
- Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts with confidence
- Deliver accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
