Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Manila.

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor the Quantity Surveyor will ensure all the budgets, forecasts, reports, and cost commitments are being adhered to.

The tasks you'll perform

• Accurate and timely project reporting.
• Monitor actual man hours and forecast vs budget.
• Engineering and drafting progress reporting thru bench marking.
• Set-up, monitor, tracking and update Eng’g deliverables, DCN, TQ and vendor data.
• Conduct detailed and Rom MTO’s..
• Update and report DCNs, Eng’g Deliverables, TQ and Vendor Data via registers etc
• Maintain Office weekly report by updating staff list, billable percentage, project man hour forecast and project progress.

The expertise you'll bring

• At least 3 years relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience with project measurement systems (including earned value).
• Experience in major capital resources sector projects.
