A growing construction company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects across civil works, service station developments, and maintenance projects throughout the Western Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 5–10 years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • Relevant QS qualification (Degree or National Diploma)
  • Strong BOQ, tendering, and cost control experience
  • Solid knowledge of JBCC contracts
  • Experience within building and civil construction
  • Service station or petroleum project experience advantageous
  • Prepare and manage BOQs, tenders, and estimates
  • Monitor project costs and profitability
  • Administer contracts and manage JBCC requirements
  • Evaluate variations, claims, and project valuations
  • Work independently across multiple projects
  • Support project delivery from tender to final account
