Well established property development company seeks to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor /Project Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract. Must have at least 3+ years experience in coordinating Commercial, Industrial and Residential development projects. Solid direct knowledge of MS Projects is essential. This role is key to the successful and on time completion of the project, including planning, identifying bottle necks, stakeholder management and project reporting making sure time lines are adhered to.
