A growing Construction Business is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of pricing, BOQs and tendering across retail and refurbishment projects. This role suits a hands-on QS who understands costing at a practical level and can confidently manage pricing from take-off through to final submission.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • ±5 years’ QS experience
  • Strong experience with BOQs, tenders and quotations
  • Background in retail/refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of construction costing
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Compile BOQs and accurate project pricing
  • Manage tenders and quotations
  • Analyse material costs (incl. bricks and core building materials)
  • Support project costing and budgeting decisions
  • Assist in refining pricing strategy
